I was nominated for The Veracity Challenge by Gaurav Chaplot. The original creator of this challenge is Mon. I want to thank both my nominator and the creator of the challenge. It’s very interesting and I would say hmmm challenging 🙂
Rules for The Veracity Challenge:
– Write a paragraph without using a single adjective.
– Keep the link in your post (so that the creator of the challenge may receive a pingback)
– Anyone can join the challenge; you don’t have to be nominated.
– Nominate 6 Bloggers for this challenge.
And here’s my “post” for the nomination:
Those who read my blog regularly know that I like challenges. What do I mean by that? For example, if something contains the word “challenge”, chances are I will accept it.
A book has the title Challenge? I should read it!
A movie named Challenge? I’ll watch it!
“No tears” shampoo Challenge? Two bottles, please!
When I was a child, I hated eating meat. Guess how would my parents call meat to make me eat it??
I further nominate bloggers:
And once again thank you for the Challenge!
Thanks for challenging me!

Very good Marta! Not only did you meet the challenge but you did it in an interesting way and with good humor. I now have named my face consuming smile, “Marta Smile.” When people ask me what I am smiling about, I just say, “Marta.” Thank you for sharing the challenge with me. Now I have to study about adjectives. 🙂

Honestly, it’s a lot easier for me to accept challenges without adjectives, and without nouns, and without any other parts of speech. What comes to English, I prefer nonverbal challenges (soap-making, tarot card reading) but I’m not sure it can be useful for the blogosphere.

You are still way ahead of me. I only know two words of Russian and I can’t make soap or read tarot cards. So in this competition you leave me in last place. 🙂 Maybe you can tell a story with pictures only. That would be a good challenge 😉

Well, frankly, I’m not good at tarot reading (when I was 7, my friend and I would think we were good at it) but when people hear about it, they may look at you respectfully (or suspiciously, never can feel the difference).
It’s a good idea about pictures! I should try it later 🙂
