Do. Be. Have. Not the other way around.
I want it to be a friendly reminder for those who need it.
So many people start with HAVE in mind. I will HAVE this and that and only then I’ll BE happy. And after that I’ll DO some good stuff. But this sequence is just the opposite of what it should look like.
Remember, behaviour first.
First, you DO what you’re supposed to do to BE happy (slim, smart, whatever). Then and only then you’ll HAVE what you want to have.
DO. BE. HAVE. Not the other way around.
